My experience comes from Iclone 5 but it may be still true in IClone 6: The MP4 Codec from RL is "MP4 for PC". Set the quality to maximum in iClone when you export, so you'll get the best footage possible in Magix. My copy is a few years is a fine choice! I often use it.
